Optimal Grocery Tour

Your goal: minimize my total grocery cost by finding which stores have each item cheapest, then telling me exactly which stores to drive to. Given my grocery list, location, nearby stores, stop limit, and whether I drive gas or electric: compare live prices, sales, and coupons per store; plan the cheapest multi-store route; then show TRUE savings — shelf savings minus extra driving cost versus a single baseline trip. Only add a stop if it still wins after driving cost.
