# Nightly message triage across all my apps

Every night at 8 PM, review my last 24 hours of messages across my messaging apps (e.g. Messenger, Instagram DMs, personal email) and send me a short recap: who messaged, what it was about, and a separate 'might need a reply' section for anything I haven't answered yet. Keep it brief, report in even when nothing needs a reply, and never reply to anyone on my behalf.
