Howl-o-ween Pet Parade
Annual parade of costumed pets along the Salem waterfront. Dogs, cats, lizards, bunnies, and more compete for prizes in creative categories while spectators cheer. Registration starts at 10:30 am; the parade steps off around 11:00 am.
