The 36th annual Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade turns the East Village into a runway for costumed canines. Thousands of dogs march down Avenue B before the costume competition in Tompkins Square Park, with a festival block, adoptable rescue pups and brand activations. Marching requires advance registration; spectating is free.
