The Park Slope Civic Council's annual children's Halloween parade, this year themed The Haunted Forest of Brooklyn. Marchers gather at 7th Avenue and 14th Street, parade down Seventh Avenue to 3rd Street, and finish at the Old Stone House in Washington Park with spooky music from the Brooklyn Conservatory.
